The last leg of the trip is as follows:

Heather and Maddie are matchy matchy in purple.

Liv decides the tram from the parking lot is ear-piercingly squeal worthy. Every time.

Hollywood Studios here we come! As you can see, a great production to maneuver a group of seven adults and three kids, but we got around. Two strollers makes for shoving opportunities, right Jocelyn?

An event two years in the making, London and Madelyn got to see the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse live.

It was the day’s highlight for sure. The girls got to watch a little “episode” of MMC, mixed in with snippets of Handy Manny and Little Einsteins.

In the end, the gang, with the help of Toodles and the audience, saved the day and made a birthday cake for Daisy!

The kids were ecstatic! Even Liv tapped her one foot and clapped her hands and squealed the whole time.
Beyond these pictures, I have no memory of this day except losing the purple coats a couple of times and going on the Aerosmith’s Rockin’ Rollercoaster three times in a row, and all three times looking at the pictures of Heather and I making the exact same face. Good times!
The next day.
Epcot was fun.

Who doesn’t love running into Daisy Duck first thing in the morning? I must say out of all the characters, she was my favorite. She gave us all a big smacker on the cheek!

A little maze, Alice and Wonderland style. Perfect to explore with your very own Auntie Alice.

If in doubt, just shove your way through the bushes…

As usual, London discovers some new shrubbery.

On the last day, Liv has finally chosen the one and only person she will let hold her, Uncle Spence. Head over heels, literally-these two were swooshing around fountains, dashing over bridges, exploring park benches. Who knew all it took was a little wind in her hair?
ps. I have never so many belly laughs from the girl.
And, after practically combing through every park, we finally run into:

Well if it isn’t Belle! This encounter was sort of a Christmas miracle; we caught her with no lines and she spent a solid ten minutes talking to the girls. As you can see, she was totally engaged and on their level. It was just like a conversation between old friends; they talked about Captain Hook and little sister Olivia; Belle remembered everything.

Sleeping Beauty, not so friendly, but we loved holding up our dresses in the same pose.

Marie from Aristocats, again equipped with some sort of body guard/translator. Apparently, Marie was wondering where her matching cupcake dress was.

Epcot is also divided up into countries and it was fun to walk around exploring. My favorite was a little stand in “France” where we got our silhouettes done and found the girls some cute little Parasols with their names painted on them. Here we are admiring the coy fish.

And one family picture…

I liked these shots from underneath.

A futuristic ride, it kind of followed the history of civilization. At the top, we played little racing games and activities the girls loved.

And this is what happens on the ride when you take a picture of the stars leaving the shutter open. (On purpose, or so I’m told.)

After a whirlwind trip, we arrived home a mere five days before Christmas, completely exhausted, thinking we were guaranteed a break from all things Disney…only to find the request for Mickey’s Twice Upon a Christmas (or as I’ve renamed, Mickey’s Eighty Times Upon a Christmas) skyrocketing. London even asked me to pause the tv and take a picture. Because really, we need another shot of these guys. Which brings me to almost caught up–
Officially done with Disney World.

Looks like a fun, exhausting trip. I loved the pictures! And how cool is Belle? She really looks focused on the girls.
For PETE’S SAKE how in the world is florida already passed and gone? Now I’m here in Rexburg… let’s just say it’s no Coco Beach. I miss my Texan appendages! Planning a trip to Idaho soon? Just think about it: considering we don’t have a theme park or barely anything disney, it couldn’t be nearly as exhausting. Right? Although that’s not to say that us Rexburgians are boring, we do have a Walmart now!
And this year, less than 1/2 of campus is under constuction. I’m really trying to get you to come. Maybe during the next heat wave eh? I love you all!

PS The beautiful butterfly magnet Londie and Maddie made for me hangs on my wall and brightens every day. Tell the girls I love them!
I do believe our girls our kindred spirits! Evie is still watching Mickey’s Once and Twice upon a Christmas daily-going on over 50 times for the Christmas season and over 10 for the post-Christmas season. This made me want to take Evie back to Disneyland! Your girls are too cute and our Liv’s must meet each other!
