One Fish, Two Fish
Today I finally hit the 14-week mark and this morning felt better than I have felt in months! I knew it wouldn't last long, so we took advantage of new swimsuits and morning sunshine and hit the swimming pool.

All I had to do was say the word and I got my two little girls decked out completely in their pool gear and pleading, "COME ON, mom!" Just apply the sunscreen and we were ready to roll.

We had the whole pool to ourselves! Our little fishes could hardly contain their joy. Luckily, a little shallow section for the kiddies.

We let L & M pick out their swimsuits and unlike last year, the suits provide full coverage! This is also our first year with NO swim diapers!

Pink fish.

Blue fish.

See ya later mom!
The girls played for a solid two hours, not even stopping to notice they were so cold their little chins were quivering! The whole sky had clouded over. Luckily our little adventure combined with a warm bath made for the second longest nap of the week.

You are one gutsy girl. Not only the fact that you headed down to the pool outnumbered, but that you did it in an unheated pool. I am quite proud to say that I know you.
I love the little pool toys, and the sunglasses are so cute. Great job! I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better, wow from one day to the next that is pretty amazing. I guess that no adventure is going to be put off now.
Thank goodness for naps, I am sure that you took advantage of that time. You earned it for sure.
I forgot all about the "showy swimsuits" of last summer! How funny was that? These pictures are so darling--remember taking swimming lessons at the Jones'? This kinda brings back those funny memories.
so cute!! and I'm so jealous!
wow! Swimming pools in April! You are certainly not in Utah anymore. I love the new swim suits and the fish! I am also really glad you are feeling better now! That counts for a lot! See you NEXT WEEK!
The pink fish and blue fish pics are great.
WHOA...three little Barlows? How did I not hear about this in the 'hood? I did hear that you moved away and Jocelyn and Lenore were very sad :( E-mail me!!! jillsball@gmail.com
Glad you are feeling better. The girls look so cute in their sun glasses and swim suits. The pictures are darling and I'm jealous that it is warm enough to swim!
